Don’t Let 61 Children Be Without School!
“Cláudia! ” Beatrice Kabagambe, the co-founder of Joy Christian School at Noah’s Arc in Uganda, shared with a heavy heart, “we have lost some of our faithful U.S. donors. Because of family and financial challenges, they are no longer able to give. The result is heartbreaking: 61 of our vulnerable children, most of them orphans, are now at risk of losing their education and being sent home, simply because we cannot pay their high school tuition. These are not just students; they are our own children. We believe they will grow to be men and women who break the cycles of poverty and bring transformation to our communities and our nation. Without help, they will be sent home.” Hearing this, Cláudia Wilroy, our new board member and faithful supporter of Noah’s Arc, returned to ThinSpace Africa from Uganda with one clear message: We must not let these precious children be without school.
This is urgent, and it is possible with your help! Your support – whether large or small – goes directly to caring for and educating children, and raising young people in faith and hope. Would you stand with Noah’s Arch today to ensure these children continue their education and their future? Please also share our mission with your family and friends. Together, we can make sure no child is left behind.
To keep 61 young men and women, our dear Beatrice’s children, in school, we must raise $28,000 – and we need your help now. Beyond tuition, we must also ensure that healthcare and other vital services continue without interruption. An additional $47,000 is needed this year to sustain our primary school, and next year will bring a similar challenge.
